Frozen for summer.......
Hi again, I think that nearly everyone LOVES yogurt, not only is it good for us but it is also so yummy and YES! keeps us full. Well summer is here and cause we tend to eat a lot of yogurt it gets boring. Now we are going to make our own homemade FROZEN yogurt what do you think? Without a machine just with a bowl, spatula and some ingredients ,sounds good? It is so easy to make your own creamy frozen yogurt anytime in just a matter of minutes...so why not try it?
Of course we need yogurt ,skim or full fat its your choice, a bowel,size depends on how much yoghourt you are going to make and also a flat plastic spatula or spoon or whatever is easy for you to use and of course fruits of your choice. All you do is blend the fruits in mixer or by hand and pop in the yogurt and YES that's it and freeze and it's done.
My fave is with peanut butter and nuts....just add peanut butter and nuts of choice in yoghourt it doesn't melt in it just remains in swirls and is absolutely DIVINE!
Lemon juice added to yogurt and served with slices of lemons and nuts,the more lemon you add depends on your taste.
Cut up pieces of watermelon and mix in yoghourt great color and great taste!
Coco powder or drinking chocolate powder can be added for choc flavor and topped with nuts and fruits.
Strawberries blended and mixed in with a dash of lime juice..just yummy.
You can just freeze plain yogurt for a zap.
All have to be freezed for about 1 hour ,you can do this with any fruits and any Super berries of your choice, if you have a sweet tooth mix in a bit of sugar

Time for a sandwich......!!
After getting all these sandwiches together........I am REALLY hungry! Sandwiches are great friends you can have 1 at any time of the day, for breakfast you can toast it, take one to the office instead of buying out and eat one when you don't feel like cooking and even for the whole family. We can make our diet sandwich using very healthy ingredients and anyway.......everybody loves a sandwich. Also you can use bread of your choice and even wraps. Use chicken roast or boiled or leftover or go for slices of low fat turkey or ham even prosciutto, salmon or tuna fish even sardines. Even egg in sandwiches and fruit and roast veggies all you have to have is Imagination and APPETITE! I have even wrapped snacks in lettuce leaves and even in slices of low fat ham, great if you have friends over.
- Chicken salad sandwich: Bread of choice mix a little chicken (cooked usually leftover) with a little mayonnaise drips of oil,tiny pieces cucumber and lettuce and pepper and add 10 red grapes...........this is to die for!
- Sandwich with strawberries: Bread of choice spread with low fat plain yogurt a thick spread will do fine and thin cucumber slices and a few baby spinach leaves and slices of strawberries this is a sexy sandwich!
- Vegan: Add lettuce, slices or grilled eggplant and tomato and egg free mayonnaise.
- Turkey sandwich: slice of cheese anything you have at home or cheese spread and slices of turkey and grilled bacon and cranberry fruits.
If you have run out of bread, use lettuce as a wrap, you will love it and also very healthy...............bye and thanks, next week more!
My smoothies....... YUMMY!
I think by now that you all know I just adore smoothies! You can have a smoothie anytime of the day and even to replace a meal..if it has lots of things in it, we can make smoothies with just anything we have in our kitchen as long as we have as a base milk and yogurt!
1. Smoothie with 1/2 cup yogurt and 1/2 milk if you dont like it too thick use milk a few leaves of lettuce, celery, asparagus or green veggies of your choice
and decorate with little fruits.
2. Smoothie with milk or yogurt or both a few kiwi fruits, spinach, cucumber and mint leaves and YES sprinlke with chocolate or coco green smoothies give energy and burn fat depending if you use skim milk and low fat yogurt.
3. Smoothie use your favorite base and full ripe bananas and little, pepper and sprinkle with fruits and mint leaves.
4.Last but not least my favorite energy booster milk, crushed ginger, pineapple a few drops of lemon juice .
